The room was lovely. The cafe and gathering space off the main lobby were comfortable and pleasant to be in.

In the parking lot and sidewalk at the entry to my room there was some garbage and cigarette butts.

I thought booking.com. Said free breakfast included unfortunately by 730. There was no meal, put out in their lounge. I had to go to the restaurant which was attached to the hotel and pay

Check-in was a little difficult. It seemed like there was a learning curve. I booked through booking.com and it did take a while for the 2 front desk staff to figure out. As nice and friendly as they were. I still would like to see a little more professionalism. Maybe uniforms as they were just in street clothes and flip-flops.
