Sangat kagum dgn pemandangan, beautiful view, good ambience, delicious breakfast, comfy room, especially beautiful view feom the room. And friendly staff, especially Mba Rosanti

I dont feel appreciated, especially the staff during breakfast, they ignored me and serve others like a boss, racist ? Or they only respect people who look rich ? I really hate that kind of people who look down on usual fashion customer like they are better, this is very disappointing. The time i arrived, the staff also dont ask to bring my luggage so i bring my own to the desk and even until my room. The hospitality is very bad, i really hate it, i wish i can give them a penalty or serious punishment who ignored me and serve others who looks rich. Is staff even better than the customer i wonder ?

This hotel have a beautiful mountain view. Pool with warm water, and golf. The staff very friendly, food just ok.

Great stay, friendly and helpful staff, but unfortunately our room at that day the air conditioner is not working properly (rather a bit hot), but it's okay because we are not very well also so it help a bit. But it we are in a normal state it rather hot
