Everyone was so nice

The shower needs done shower mats I feel and slipped and my arm busted open the staff rushed me to emergency and got stitches they checked on me too so really there's nothing I didn't like about this hotel I highly recommend , they had to come change air filter wasn't getting too cold there just a busy hotel and they fixed immediately so they did great job

hotel location is near to any restaurants, view from hotel room is perfect (as per request), i am happy because very near to golf course, so that I am able to play golf. Also golf course fee is not too much expensive. hotel staff are friendly.

Sweet n nice staycation. The view, taste of food n beverage, adjoining room for family, gym n warm swimming pool, bathtub n hospitality was so so nice. Thank you 🙏🏻

While I appreciated the staff, the lack of soundproofing was disappointing. External noise and activity from neighboring rooms significantly impacted our rest. Greater insulation is needed.

An extraordinary experience, Bandung always has a story! 😊 Staycation with a beautiful view, cool air, and delicious breakfast - there were several favorite dishes. Not to mention the staff, super friendly! I especially appreciate to Kiki at the reception, she recommended lots of great spots in Bandung and was very friendly. Thank you, I'll definitely come back with my family 😊👌
