Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage

Stay in this hotel for short staycation with family, first impression was amazing. I booked grand deluxe room,spacious room,perfect amenities,attention to detail from the staff. The view was stunning, and swimming pool with warm water makes my kids doesnt want to stay out from the pool. Overall the staffs were really friendly, helpfull. And special thanks for Mr. Kharisma Alam for his excellent hospitality.

the room clean, the food is good, the service is good also. overall is very good! I think will come back again with family.

The location is near to Kota Bandung. Peaceful surroundings. Toilet space is very good. Room was comfortable with 2 seater sofa. Breakfast was good with nice ambiance and view.

My room view is not good due to low level. Unable to enjoy view while soaking in bathtub as there’s a parking lot within view.

A very pleasant hotel to stay from the moment we arrive until we leave. The room has a very stunning view, the front office staff is responsive, and the restaurant staff and housekeeping are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious with a varied menu. The swimming pool has warm water so you don't need to worry if you swim at night. Thanks for Pak Bono for your hospitality, sure we will stay again for the next.
