The location, the room and the atmosphere. Everything is great ! it's located in Dago which traffic can be a pain on weekend but there are plenty of restaurant and cafes that you can reach on foot. The room is spacious, staffs are attentive and the view from the breakfast area in the morning is superb. Breakfast has good amount of variation and taste good. There are mini store inside the hotel to buy your daily need, which is a BIG plus for me, so that I didn't have to go out. Overall, this place is totally recommended for a revisit.
