Cleaness room, good breakfast and good services of Farah Gevira dan Isyou, good in the proccess of check in as well as the view of the hotel

I stayed for a 7-day business trip and overall had a very positive experience. The bedroom was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, and the general service throughout my stay was excellent. Everything I needed was provided promptly, and the staff were courteous and helpful. The meeting room facilities were a highlight of my stay. Mas Tegar and the entire banquet team were very responsive and proactive in ensuring that all requirements were met. They handled both technical aspects and coordination with the kitchen team seamlessly. Greatly appreciate their efforts. One area that could be improved is the interaction with the sales team responsible for corporate handling. Compared to the banquet team, who were consistently polite and friendly, the sales team could adopt a more courteous and approachable attitude as the front team. A little more warmth and professionalism would go a long way in creating a consistently positive experience across all departments. Overall, I am very satisfied with the facilities and services provided.

I joined a two-day training at Swiss-Bel Resort, and I really appreciated the great service from Mr. Tegar. He was very helpful, friendly, and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Even when there was a complaint, he handled it calmly and immediately looked for a solution. Thanks to his support, the training felt smoother and more comfortable. Really appreciate his effort during the event.

Everything about my stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage Bandung was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, the facilities were well-maintained, and the environment was peaceful. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a truly pleasant experience. All is good and excellent — I will definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bandung.

pleasant stay here, wish can stay a little longer. The rooms are clean and very spacious with balcony view. I would suggest that you book the normal room so you have a better view of the gunung. There’s variety of food for breakfast both european and indonesian cuisine. Staff are very nice and heart-warming. Very polite dan tutur bahasa is so nice. Farah is very lovely, she is very welcoming and polite.

Hotel property is very nice, swimming pool is amazing and non smoking area is secured so safe to bring kids. Weather is amazing, view is amazing. Staffs were all nice, food was good but unfortunately 3 days of breakfast had 95% same menu. Stayed in room 101, room was dusty, bed sheets were old, bed was old, fridge not cold, AC not cold, shower had slow running warm water. Other than these, hotel is amazing, maybe I just got the wrong room
