Old but nice property, clean bed, clean towels. Check in was smooth. Absolutely super spread of breakfast. Unfortunately couldn't use the swimming pool and Gym

The parking is very cumbersome, confusing, The ramp space is just enough for a big SUV to enter or exit and it can't be done in one go. We stayed in 1017, the shower needs to be checked. The mixer is having issues. There is only overhead shower which is too high. Ideally there should be a hand shower. I had booked deluxe room and requested for higher floor non smoking room, however came to know that the deluxe rooms are below the lobby with no view. So I paid 300K IDR extra to shift to higher floor. Booking.Com should include this on their website

We always enjoyed our family trip here, this is our 5th time staycation. The food, the view and their services always top notch! Thanks to Mba Andari and Mas Irfan (GRO). Definitely will come back!

The guest rooms are too dark. No lighting at the desk to do computer or handwritten work or to read. Very poor lighting in the bathroom, cannot see to shave for men or to apply make-up for women

The staff were very helpful , Rooms were clean, good breakfast and a lot of variety . Restaurant was nice and had good menu too.Swimming pool with the beautiful view
