Stayable Lakeland

Property charges did not happen as per travelocity's policy. I was charged for the whole stay before I even checked in. Travelocity's "deposit" structure was not followed. The room was very clean. The lobby looked like an industrial facility and not like a motel lobby. The bare concrete floor was unkept, uneven and dirty. The TV in the room kept "disconnecting" from their wifi system. The MW door was stuck close and I couldn't take out my heated food. There was not maintenance staff during the weekend. So, essentially my first night was a nightmare.

Comfort

Got there @ 6pm n they didn't have my room ready they were short on staff.i was tired n needed shower b4 meeting for dinner with friends. Not a happy camper.they said come bk in 90 minutes

This place is a total dump. Missing smoke detector. 1 in gap between window and wall. Busted locks. Room next door was getting fumigated. Service was awful. Took 45 min to check in and get a temporary key card. Tried for hours to get permanent card. Receptionist was gone. Then she came banging on the door threatening to kick me out.

Hotel charges $100 above rental fee which you get back a week after you leave if room is clean. Had to sign a waiver saying room was clean when arriving. There is a charge if you do not check out in time, however, we arrive at 4:30 pm (half hour past check in) and was told room was not ready. Asked to check again as it was a long trip to get there and a room was ready. Room was half remodeled and could use some finishing. No Kleenex and no coffee maker.

The outside and lobby when I first got there I was like no still I got in the room it as super clean and nice for the price.

What breakfast there was no breakfast

Everything was wrong there was no WiFi and the pool wasn’t working. I was woken up at 7am with loud noises from men working right outside my room.
