Excelente ubicación y acceso al transporte público.

This is a very badly managed hotel in Tetuan. The surroundings are very rundown, the access to the hotel is through a sinister parking lot. I came with my dog because they accept dogs and have a welcome doggy kit, but we didn’t get one. Today we left the room at 10.30 am and when we came back at 7pm the room had not been done. Unsurprisingly the very unprofessional receptionist refused to give us any alternative accommodation and told us to wait in the room until eventually the cleaning ladies arrive. The lifts are horrible and it took me 10 minutes to get one to the reception from the 7th floor. Better use the staircase to go down. All in all this is an appalling property with abysmal service, and I couldn’t recommend this property any less.
