"Exceptional"

El gimnasio, la piscina y el rooftop son excelentes. Buen desayuno con opciones variadas. Cama muy cómoda y práctico escritorio para trabajar.

La habitación es un poco estrecha, con el baño integrado, sin habitación aparte. Poca iluminación para afeitarse o maquillarse. El personal de recepción fue un poco seco, pero siempre atendieron nuestras peticiones. El volumen de la música en la recepción/restaurante es atronador. Genera rechazo en vez de acogida. La ubicación del hotel es un poco caótica, sobretodo si sigues google maps subiendo por la Castellana desde el Metro. La espera en los ascensores es eterna.

"Bel hotel ,mais quelques trucs a revoir"

L'emplacement, la déco des chambres ainsi que la propreté sont irréprochable Ainsi que la qualité de la literie

Les ascenseurs sont beaucoup trop lents a venir . La piscine est petite ,et il y a trop peu de transats . Obligé d'attendre que des personnes s'en aillent pour en trouver. Pour un hotel avec ce "standing " je trouve ça très limite.. Le petit déjeuner du lundi matin qui était censé etre jusqu'à 11h , a 10h45 le personnel remballer tous les plats ,dommage !! Au prix du petit déjeuner.....
