Went to a Yes concert and short vacation. f From Valet parking, to Bars, Restaurants, Sport Book, Spa, games and more...all staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. Concert venue was very nice, a choice place to see a big show. Recommend- Asian Bistro bar restaurant, White Rabbit Magic, Pazole at Una Mas, Darts, (didn't do bowling). The staff all were very good. I came to The Grand Cafe expecting a pleasant meal with my family, but what I experienced was beyond inappropriate and disturbing. The waitress, Irma, was not only rude and unprofessional, but her behavior was completely vulgar, especially for a family-friendly establishment. She was overly flirtatious with my husband, completely ignoring me and my children. To make matters worse, her attire was highly inappropriate. Her shirt was unbuttoned to an embarrassing degree, exposing way more than anyone should be showing in a public setting. Right across from our table, she was talking sexually to a group of men, and my kids were sitting right there, hearing everything. I’m not a prude, but this is a place for dining, not a bar scene. As a mother, I was appalled. When I spoke to the manager about the situation, she completely brushed me off and seemed to be more concerned with laughing and gossiping with Irma than addressing my serious concerns. The Grand Cafe clearly doesn’t value customer comfort, especially when it comes to families. This was the last time I’ll ever step foot in this establishment as a whole. If you’re looking for a classy dining experience with your kids, stay far away from this place. Go elsewhere, like the Atlantis where your opinion is valued if you want a respectable meal, because this place feels more like a brothel than a family restaurant. Zero stars if I could give it that.

Room upgrade sale at the front desk was NOT worth it and lady at the desk was NOT clear about the charges. Watch out for per night gratuity fees that are optional but they don't even tell you about them and to add insult to injury cleaning doesn’t happen unless you stay at least 3 nights. We stayed for 2 so we didn’t get fresh towels or trash emptied, etc. so had to get ask for the charges to be removed. Broken items in room were 4 outlets, no sink stopper (be careful with jewelry in the bathroom), glass light fixture, floor lamp flickering light, clogged shower head, remote control batteries were dead.

Beware recreational vehicle owners and users this park is closure is imminent and remaining facilities are in poor condition. I have stayed in better parking lots and suggest you find another place to stay.

Popped into town for one night due to a family party. After the party ate at the Grand Buffet. The food was fine. Nothing amazing but filled your stomach. Ate at the cafe as well. It too was fine. Nothing spectacular to remember. Even won about $550 on slots. My issue was the rooms condition. Next to the toilet on the wallpaper was either blood or feces. The wall should have been wiped down. The bathroom had a musty wet smell. So I started looking around. Wallpaper was torn away from under the sink. There was a yellow urine stain around the base of the toilet. Went to have coffee in the room and the cup was dirty with a coffee ring around it. It wasn’t stained…. It wasn’t washed good. I’ve got rentals and operate an Airbnb, once one issue is found they will definitely find others so don’t give them a reason to look harder. Overall disappointed in the accommodations for the price that was paid.
