This property is no longer kid friendly. We used to have so much fun here and some of the kid stuff has closed down and the pool was super lame.

We loved staying here for two nights recently. Lots of activities--took in the magic show and the escape room. And the casino games, of course. Varied options for dining; our favorite was Rim Asian Bistro--fresh and delicious! Our only issue was that we paid an extra fee for a 3rd person in the room, but the room had supplies for just two people. We had to keep asking for more items and the room wasn't refreshed with coffee, etc. the second day, so we had to ask again. It was nice being able to text customer service for those items. Airport shuttle was on time and a great plus!

I tried using the kiosk to check in and could not figure it out. There was a staff standing there, but did not help. Had to go to the desk. If she had only offered to help, it would have been a great help.

I have stayed here a few times. This is my first time since Covid. Maybe that is why so much got automated since then? From the day before arrival, I kept getting emails and texts to check in. When I clicked the link it kept trying to get me to update my payment info which was already on file. I knew I was beyond the free cancellation time so why did they need me to check in remotely anyway? I finally "updated" by putting in my credit card that was already on file. When I got there, there was no one assigned to check in desk. The only extra staff were bellmen who had nothing to do. When I went to the kiosk for the key it asked me to type in ALL of my info again! Fortunately an excellent staff person came over and helped me (and others at their kiosks). I was exhausted from flying all day and wanted room service. No hard copy menu so I called hotel operator who was AI! It was about 6:30pm and I had to go downstairs to the cafe to bring it to my room myself. The receptionist explained that the delivery person was out that day. ????? This is a large "resort"! The room is great except one thing: the fridge makes a constant chirping sound which I thought was a car alarm. But when it continued through the night I realized in the morning it was in the room and I determined it was the fridge. The housekeeper had done a marvelous job and I have no complaints about the actual room. I was hoping to post a review directly but I don't see any request for that in the room.
