For the first time disappointed at the hotel. We came in later than anticipated from a flight. and felt like my room had been given away. They did place us but waited about 10 min for room to be cleaned and this at almost midnight. Used Water bottles under the curtain and in a smoking room. It wasn’t strong but I didn’t book a smoking room. We will stay again unless it happens again because we like the resort, the staff, closeness to the airport and always has something interesting going on. It really is a great place to stay

"Amazing Customer Service and caring people!"

Arrived on Friday to stay for a week and attend a Charlie Palmer event on Saturday, but unfortunately I didn’t make it as I wasn’t feeling well. Violeta, my Host immediately took care of things and had me taken to the hospital to get checked out. Unbeknownst to me, I ended up being admitted into the hospital and spent the weekend there ! Luckily after testing, I got released! I was invited to go to the “ Ground Breaking Event” for the incredible remodel and expansion taking place, First Class event! Can’t wait to see how everything turns out. Again thank you to Frank Nguyen and Violeta for encouraging me to go as I wasn’t planning on going.
