The heater in the room was not working or turned off. Had to call front desk a few times and waited over a hour before someone came to fix it. Then after he left, not sure what he did but the AC/air wasn’t working so my room got up to 86 degrees the next day. I had to call front desk again to get someone to come fix it. Very inconvenient.
