We stayed here for 3 nights while exploring Cairns and the surrounding area. The hotel is OK, but overall it felt pretty basic. The rooms were clean enough but lacked any real atmosphere or character. The bathroom design was also not great — every time we took a shower, the whole bathroom floor ended up wet. One thing that really annoyed us was the emergency exit light just outside our room. Even with the blackout curtains closed, it lit up the room at night and made it harder to sleep. The location is decent, but there are better hotel options in Cairns. We stayed at the Pullman Reef Hotel for the last night of our trip and found it to be much nicer, with more comfortable rooms and a better overall experience. Not a terrible stay, but for the price I would probably choose somewhere else next time.

It was on the water and we had an ocean view and our view was amazing! We were there before check in and they held our bass while we explored. They also held our bags at check out as our flight wasn’t until 4:30.

No microwave but that’s about it! It was perfect!

办理入住时，效率一般，态度冷漠。客房设施老旧，水龙头往外滋水，洗护瓶子从墙上掉落。
