"Great dinner, better service"

Walked in for dinner with a group of colleagues at the hotel restaurant, The Vine Room Restaurant and Bar. From the moment we walked in, Laura from the restaurant team, made us feel welcome. Showed us to the bar as she reset a table large enough to cater for us. From there, her customer service continued to be outstanding. Made our dinner very enjoyable. Food was great and wine to match.

We called into here fit adhoc dinner. Lovely setting, excellent wine menu and the food was delicious. What made the experience and deserves a massive shout out is the F&B Supervisor Laura. From the moment we walked in, to paying our bill, Laura’s customer service was perfection. Attentive, polite and friendly in every aspect. S genuine asset to the company.
