Great location, pool area. Bar downstairs was busy and seemed like a great vibe. Cookie on arrival was nice

Room had a funky smell, bathroom wasn't super clean

A Nice atrium feel, a fairly good view of the cairn’s harbour and our accomodation was very quiet on the top floor.

"My husband has had cancer recently and it was disturbing to smell the smoke from the yard on grounds"

the closeness to ground floor

The aircon was noisy the bathroom flooded we had to place towels down near the door not to go out it - the wifi did not work properly - there where smokers outside - table set up for them to use ??? i thought it was a none smoking hotel that why we booked the room but we could smell smoke most of our stay - bed sheet had marks on it and did you know the tiolets dont flush properly had to push it three time for any water .

"Excellent and very comfy"

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The welcome cookie is a very nice touch to the experience. The room was spacious and clean. The pool and facilities were nice.

The bathroom was very tiny

The hotel was great, the ocean view was breathtaking especially in the balcony with sunrise and sunset views, Staff were amazing,breakfast was great. Hotel just a walking distance to night markets for cheap restaurants/shopping. Bus pick up and drop off for scenic drives.We really enjoyed our stay.
