Quality Inn Sumter

This is an old property that shows its age. Beds are uncomfortable and the room itself was not completely clean, as items from previous renter still remained. The heating/air unit made lots of noise throughout the night.

The room was clean, neat and nice. It was cleaned every day unlike many during these covid times. Only problem I experienced was internet down and evening personnel very disrespectful. Otherwise ... great stay!!!

This property was too dark for family with kids to stay.Noone at desk when you go in.They also can't accommodate if you have anyone with a disability. On top of it,NEVER USE EXPEDIA TO BOOK.After arriving and them not able to accommodate, i called to get a refund and after 4 days of calling and waiting on the phone, they could never get property manager from hotel on phone. Finally they reached them today,only to be told that hotel doesn't give refunds. Had to go online and file a claim that could take up to 10 days and even with paying extra for insurance they said i may not get a full refund. I will NEVER book through them again

On arrival, I had to wait half an hour to get someone at the desk in order to check in. It was horrible. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was because they advertised that this hotel included hot breakfast with my purchase of 2 days. I set an alarm for 7am in order to receive what I paid for and was told both days there was nothing to offer? Not even hot coffee. Very dissapointed and would advise the hotel to get rid of its workers including management. Find those who take pride in customer service and who would empathize with soneone in my situation and make it right.

It was under renovation!! The place was TERRIBLE and nothing like the pictures. Even the sign at the front desk was apologizing for the condition due to it being renovated. This should have been noted on the ad with Expedia.

The lady from Mississippi, working front desk was awesome. She was very efficient and helped me sort out my booking issue right away. She even called my room to make sure everything was good to go. Overall, it was one of the best places I've stayed at for the price. Done let the renovation and surrounding area fool you, the room was definitely better than I expected.

Had to call the police due to the adjacent room fighting at 4am in the morning. The lady was calling for help.

Didn't like nothing about this hotel. Roaches all in the room. Toliet wasn't working properly. Heat wasn't working properly.

This is a 2 star hotel, you get what you pay for

There was absolutely no towels or wash cloths in room upon arrival was told the room reserved and booked prior to arriving was not available due to the company's system not being updated properly. The grounds look as if renovations are being made however no work is being done unsightly and wouldn't stay here agai.to save my life
