The doors on the exterior of the property didn’t lock to get into the building so anyone could come in from the side doors. The entire building including our room had a bad smell. There was no smoke detectors in our room but the wires for it were exposed. It may have “looked” clean but it didn’t feel clean at all. Everything was very dated.

Car broke down and I have to stay overnight, convenient location. hotel looks good from outside, good parking spaces, quite. Inside small entrance duty floor, pool out of service. Room good, comfortable beds, shower duty, clog bathtub. Breakfast uncook porklinks, very basic.

There was roaches in the bath tub. Asked for extra bedding and didn’t get any. The key stopped working every time I used it. Pool was out of order. Need better upgrades

Location was fine

The hotel was not well taken care of. The pool wasn’t working, room phone didn’t work, wasn’t as clean and neat compared to other hotel stays.. I wouldn’t stay here again.

"I had an amazing stay at comfort suites Lewisville. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. The room was spacious, clean, with a comfortable bed that made it hard to leave. I loved the little touches like complimentary toiletries, mini-fridge, etc.which made the experience even better. The location was perfect— so exploring the area was easy. Overall, a fantastic stay and I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!"
