Amazing view, comfortable bed and pillows, easy walk into town, parking also very easy, tasty breakfast with a wide range of options on the menu, wonderfully welcoming host

Alan was very polite and informative. Responded quickly to anything we asked for. Our room was perfect with beautiful views.

There wasn't a lot we didn't like. The chairs were a little uncomfortable. But would definitely book again. Lovely place.

My wife and I stayed 5 nights at this B&B while touring the Island of Skye. We had a wonderful time here. Our host, Alan was great. He gave us many suggestions on places to go and see that avoid crowds. The room was great with a very comfortable bed, a wonderful view of the water out the back with comfortable chairs to enjoy the view. Alan brought us our breakfast each morning directly to the room. They were always well prepared and delicious. Katie the Golden Retriever always gave a soulful look out the window every time we came or went. We even got to meet him and give belly rubs on one of the days.

Alan was an exceptional host with so much knowledge and great recommendations. The room was a perfect base for our stay in Skye, very comfortable with a gorgeous view and super comfy bed. We loved our visit here.

Breakfast was excellent, all food was of the highest quality and cooked to perfection. Food was ordered the night before and at your door for the time you required. First class service from Alan.

Our stay was fantastic, there was nothing that we disliked, if there was one thing that could be improved, it would be bigger bath towels but this took nothing away from a fantastic experience.

Recently stayed here and can not praise Alex enough, from the moment we arrived we were greeted and welcomed as old friends. The property was easy to find and the booking in process was easily undertaken. Our room was fabulous, plenty of space, tea and coffee facilities, Wi-Fi, fridge, microwave, binoculars and the most amazing views over the waterways and anything that we wanted was available on request. The bed was huge and the best pillows ever. Alex had a wealth of local knowledge and advised us on everything that we asked both on the island and the mainland. He is the perfect host and goes above me beyond to look after his guests. Breakfast was brought to our room and was outstanding. We cannot praise this venue and the hosts enough and definitely recommend.

Excellent in every way. Great location, easy to find, Alan and Alex are wonderful hosts. Stunning views, very clean and comfortable room and great private bath. Breakfast is so good. This is what a great B&B is supposed to be like. Highly recommended!

Alan was such an incredible host! He went above and beyond making sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. He also gave great guidance on itineraries, local bars/restaurants, and more! We kept referring to his website for ideas of what to do on Skye. The location was great -- just a 10-15 min walk into downtown Portree. Highly recommend staying here! We especially loved the view and the breakfast platter in our room.
