Management is not taking care of it. I had to remake the bed and the sheets were not properly put on. Air conditioner had front grill missing. Bathtub wall had tiles that we coming off. The direct tv kept freezing every 30 seconds for about 3-5 seconds. The curb appeal was very lacking.

The only good thing about this place was that the rooms were large.

DO NOT LET THE PICTURES DECEIVE YOU! This place was disgusting!! Asked several times after we first arrived for someone to come clean up all the nasty stuff in our room. Took hours for someone to finally come and we had to show her all that was dirty, even after she said she was "done". Fridge had food all on the top of it and stuff spilled inside, dirty dishes and old food in the cabinet, trash and large pieces of food and candy on the floor, sunflower seeds and spilled stuff on both TV stands, bathroom was beyond disgusting with urine and feces ON the toilet, Qtips in the shower drain, trash on the floor, no toilet paper, smears and spills on all the walls, hair and stains on ALL bedding and TV stand, lamps and curtains all broke!! We stayed 3 days for a softball tournament and on the 2nd day we woke up to police all in the parking lot where several vehicles had had their windows busted out and things stollen. And please dont even attempt to eat the food! The people probably used the biscuits to bust the windows of the vehicles!!!

I enjoyed how convenient it was to where I needed to be.

I did not like the staff. Threatened to give my room away if I did not give card info over the phone. When approached about the situation the guy at the desk completely ignored me. Very unsafe and unprofessional.

The beds were clean and comfortable and the air conditioner worked just enough to eventually cool the hot room to a comfortable temperature by the time we went to bed.

When we checked in, the man at the desk was definitely in a bad mood and I'll just leave it at that. The lobby doors were open with a large fan set up for ventilation. It was still very warm inside. As for the room... The floors were dirty. There were crumbs and a small bit of dried pet poop. I decided to clean that up myself so as not to bother the staff and add to their bad mood. There was hair in the tub and on the walls as well as dirt and trash beside the toilet. We were staying for just one night, so decided to treat it like camping and skipped bathing. The TV remote did not work and the Dish TV signal stuttered so bad we could not watch anyways. It was not a weather issue, so I can only guess the satellite dish was not aimed correctly. In the morning, the staff were friendly. The lobby doors were open with the fan still going and it was still very warm inside. This made the breakfast uncomfortable. The drink dispenser was non functional. A small refrigerator with jugs of milk and juice was available to pour for yourself. Sorry, but since any guest could handle those, and not knowing their personal cleanliness, that was just not an option. The woman checking me out was friendly enough, but it was a long debate before she finally agreed to print a receipt for me. I stayed here a few years ago and this place has really gone downhill since then. Next time I come through Lubbock, I will choose someplace else to stay.

Staff

I liked that it has a hot tub. I loved the fact of the sliding doors off the room to the courtyard. Dog friendly, the breakfast selection was decent.

Our card never really worked in the door. Had to constantly get it re-flashed. We found a dirty sock and hair clip behind the curtain. Long black hair on the bathroom floor, bathtub and sink. Some food left on the floor. The coffee machine in the room didn't work at all. The hand rail getting into the hot tub was broken and unsafe. We could not watch TV. The remote didn't turn on/ off TV. Didn't change volume. The cable constantly got bad reception and couldn't watch anything without it freezing.

Nothing at all!

It was dirty,hot and they had bed bugs. Staff was rude.
