Holiday Inn Frisco by IHG

The receptionist was not friendly or helpful. She could not answer any of our questions we had about the area. The restaurant was closed so no breakfast and we were not told that it was closed. I would not recommend staying here.

I have never seen a company Price gouge as bad as this hotel. In one hour the price went from $100 to $500. The hotel is average at best and at no point should ever cost more than $200/night much less $500/night.

Booked last minute. Price was good for the area. Check in was great. Booked a king room but had a last minute friend join. The front desk staff easily moved us to a room with 2 beds. Very friendly and helpful. Clean lobby and room. Location right off the highway, near lots of good restaurants. I know there's some negative reviews here and on google... We had a very positive experience.

There was no coffee bar and the restaurant was not open as stated in the information. The pillows were SO overstuffed that we could not use them for sleeping.

Price gouged. Front desk not helpful. Shower did not work - staff was not accomodating. Will be posting a complaint online.

The restaurant has been closed for months!! Yet all the websites show they have an open restaurant and breakfast between $8-13$!! Was not happy when checking in to find that out. It was one of the bigger reasons we chose this place. Really disappointed. Family came out here to go skiing and having access to an easy and convenient early breakfast was an important criteria.

Overcharged by $500, US Bank has started a fraud investigation, you do not want these people to have your credit card on file. No manager on duty until the afternoon, so getting anything fixed can't be done by the day crew. Run your hot water for a shower for at least ten minutes, it takes that long to get from cold to warm. Two jacuzzis, neither work. Amenities listed include breakfast and dinner, there is no breakfast or dinner.

I will consider adding a bubble if Wyndam actually reads my 3-page list of issues detailing the most dreadful and scary night of our travels and a person actually responds. This place is a catacomb of dimly lit hallways, broken or missing card readers to secure the building, exterior doors left ajar with rocks, contractors coming and going, dump trucks being repaired in the parking lot, and that night clerk! Menacing is a kind description. Getting sweaty palms writing about it. Never again and I suggest you check out any other hotel in Frisco or Dillon. Scary.

This hotel is an absolute NO WAY! We paid over $200 for 1 night. I will never stay here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. The place is dated and dingy. Our room reeked of BO-No exaggeration, it smelled like a thousand dirty sweaty armpits. The shower was crap, water never got beyond tepid and the shower head was a joke-either one halfassed blast jet stream, or a handful of tiny spray that you basically had to run around in the shower to get rinsed off. This place should be ashamed at the rates they charge for what you get. The parking lot was shady as hell also. Dudes working on their cars, smoking weed, just hanging around like it was a trailer park. Please do yourselves a favor and skip this rat hole, you can do better. Seriously, it is nasty.
