"Stop for the bad weather"

Don’t stay here i have my family with me and the beds is so little and when my kids wake up He has to many rashes all over his body, there were bedbugs. A disgusting hotel. We informed them what happened and they did nothing. I will never stay in this hotel again. I not get it any reform I need to take my kids to hospital because get temperature and get sick

"DO NOT STAY HERE"

DO NOT BOOK YOUR STAY HERE. This place needs to be shut down. Bathroom smelled like pee, bathtub wouldn’t drain, sink wouldn’t drain. Given a different room where toilet wouldn’t flush. Given another room that they had not swept, only made the beds. Dirt down all the halls and was not swept after three days. (This was the entire hotel - dirty.) Asked them to clean our restroom and room, which they did not. No made beds, no trash taken out. They attempted to fix the shower but it still smelled of pee. They had not cleaned and it still drained slowly. Also no easy phone number/access to front desk. No phone cord. Door jam broken. The restaurant was closed. They would not give us any money back… They do not care at all. Do not waste any money here.

"FILTHY"

Do not stay here! I could go on a huge rant it was so dirty. I wouldn't let my dog swim in the pool. We have a 9 month old and I would rather let her crawl on the sidewalk. We left 5 minutes after check in and they charged us $163 and when I booked with them they told me $100. I don't know how this place is even open. RUN!

"Dirty, gross"

Service was fine but this place is a dump. There is mildew on the AC and every room smells moist. It’s really disgusting. I was here for two hours and tried to leave with a refund but they wouldn’t even consider it. By the morning I regretted not getting a room in another hotel and eating the $130. Don’t come here.

"Don’t be fooled by the name!"

There’s very little that’s “grand” about this place. Weak Wi-Fi. Loud neighbors. Paper thin walls. No smoke detector in room - just wires where there used to be one. Mini fridge froze everything. Heater became very loud so we couldn’t use it overnight. Constant strong marijuana smell in hallway near elevator. Definitely not worth the price!
