The property was clean, as well as well maintained. The Location was everything! Close to different restaurants amongst other things!

There was nothing I did not like about the property.

Hard to keep room cool enough

Rooms are worn, bathroom had mold and wallpaper pull away from the wall. Furniture is worn and dated. Sheets and towels were clean. Staff was annoyed when a fridge was requested and at delivery complained it was too heavy. Food at restaurant was meh…I am a Hilton Diamond member and was disappointed in this hotel in the Hilton family.

Comfortable bed, clean and spacious room

The outside of the hotel is well-kept. The landscape and the outside space are beautifully maintained. Unfortunately, the upkeep of the guest rooms is disappointing. There were red stains on the drapes. The carpet needs to be replaced or deep-cleaned. There were small ants in the bathroom as well as on the furniture. The bathroom really requires an upgrade. The staff members have normalized how to turn on the water faucet, which makes no sense at all. The television is so outdated that it no longer displays the menu, leading the guests to guess the channels. Though the staff members were polite and attempted to address the concerns, I was disappointed. This is not a tidy hotel. Management needs to develop an action plan to update and clean this hotel.
