I should have look at the reviews before booking. The lobby, bar and restaurant side of the hotel is nice and clean looking, the hotel side is not. The bath towels and hand towels in our room were folded neatly when we arrived but when you open them up they were dirty. The carpet was stained and moldy, looked like the mini fridge has been leaking on it for years. For more than double the price of a Hampton Inn you would think it would be nice.

I have always liked DoubleTree. This one has a huge lobby. The room is a little dated but was nice enough and large, comfortable bed, strong water flow shower and a great staff that was helpful and friendly.. I had a nice night sleep and the breakfast buffet is top notch!

"BOOK ANYWHERE ELSE THIS PLACE IS GROSS"

Literally stay a n y w h e r e else. Profoundly outdated, under staffed, over crowded. Our headboards (yes both) were ripped, carpets so dirty you have to wear shoes, the air conditioner sounds like a F15 taking off, the bathroom smells wet and moldy, couldn’t even give my 2 year old a bath in the tub because it was nasty. I asked for an extra blanket at 5pm, they came KNOCKING AT MY DOOR AT 11:20PM! Worst Hilton brand hotel on the market.

Very clean. Polite staff. Very close to the convention center. Pool was warm and clean.

The bathroom is tiny. You can’t leave the door open without blocking the shower/tub. Over priced.
