Nice hotel. Good breakfest. Heat didnt work but was fixed quick. Dusty in room. No microwave which was weird. 1st ever hotel i stayed with no microwave. beverages needed restocked. wasnt much left in hotel lobby store. overall tho would stay again. Wish I had time to checkout the pool. was a late quick trip.

Very comfortable hotel location, IMHO. Hotels have an opportunity in the shifting financial landscape to reinvent their delivery of hospitality, care, events, what have you. All the hotels have rooms & amenities, while the buildings themselves are becoming a checker board of decay. Change the incidental deposit arrangements, you open yourself up to an important, changing demographic of American society. Maybe people need a private office, or a wellness retreat, a medical refuge, a refuge. The lounge area in this hotel is wonderfully comfortable, and equally elegant technical solutions could be designed to support the outsourcing of hotel services for growing demographics. The flexibility with points and booking is a really awesome offering at each double tree.

Nice and clean rooms.

Maintenance on parking lots and entrances poorly maintained. Back up safety measures needed. Absolutely no snow removal nor clearing of handicap spaces. All surrounding hotel free of snow and safer entrances. Breakfast was below bad. Hot food was cold.
