Sheraton Chapel Hill Hotel

Clean !!

Had to change room after first night. Large HVAC units right outside made first room too noisy. Second room quieter but tub did not drain, phone did not work and several electrical outlets did not work.

The hot water took too long to come on in the shower and in the sink.

Platform for bed were "shin" level, presumably for wheelchair bound, toilet seat was loose, got water on floor in bathroom trying to figure out how to turn it on, called front desk for light we couldn't find the switch for to turn off- very quickly came to correct it, a simple note on the wall could have identified the switch ( looked like a bolt) on the wall. .)

I wish there had been a small microwave to reheat my coffee and left over food . But everything else was excellent

Small room, cramped bathroom.

Rooms are clean and up to date. No room for personal items. Limited drawer space. No bathroom space for toiletries. Friendly staff. Very accomodating. Would recommend.

Nice staff. Reasonable. Clean

All new, very clean, great pool area, Starbucks in lobby.
