Nice stay . Friendly staff made stay quite pleasant New process of NOT having daily housekeeping is not to my liking and wouldn’t stay again because of that.

The Sheraton is a beautiful hotel! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The room was clean and comfortable! I had a balcony rooms and was greeted by two geese each evening! On my last night, I went to the bar to get dessert and a nightcap. I feasted on delicious key lime pie and a superb dessert cocktail made by Darrick the bartender called Hummingbird! It was so delicious!! Awa at the front desk was so sweet! I have to come back to the area in April and I will be staying at this hotel again!

Beautiful, comfortable and very clean facility. The employees that I came in the most contact with with were Jamal, Mark and Awa (I hope I spelled them correctly). They listened to me if I had feedback or needed something. I appreciate the hospitality greatly!! The lounges and lobby area were simply gorgeous. I loved the private desks with a private area (door that enclosed). Besides cleanliness, the comfort of a bed is crucial to me and not only was that the case, it was one of the best TVs I’ve had in years in a hotel. The size and clarity were perfect!

If you never had a Hummingbird, stop by and see Darrick. My stay had been a bit rocky, but let me tell you I rested well because of that Hummingbird. I was a little birdie humming my night away. And I also must say this place knows how to give warm greetings and good service even under unforeseen circumstances. Thanks Darrick & Sarah

The staff were amazing from the check-in to the check out. Derrick at the bar who took my food order was very attentive. With the hiccups that was going on concerning the internet he went out of his way to serve. He was creating drinks for the summer menu and they were great!

This hotel is fantastic. It is hands down the best we have ever stayed in. Everything is first rate.

Attended a fundraising event that utilized the hotel conference room and dining services. While hotel lobby has undergone a pleasant update, restrooms were filthy. Food and drinks were subpar with patrons given soup spoons for desert and no butter to go with Costco dinner rolls. Nice hotel, but avoid the food service.

Why did the guy checking me in put me in the furthest room from the elevator?? And handed me a map when I asked for a restaurant suggestion.
