"Highly recommend the Seattle SEA-TAC Hampton Inn."

Highly recommend this location. The staff at the Seattle Hampton Inn were amazing. They responded positively to every request--storing luggage, opening breakfast area in time for us to take the 6AM shuttle to Sea-TAC and most amazing of all offering shuttle service to a nearby restaurant. I have stayed in many high-end hotels and never received such personal service delivered in such a positive manner.

"Terrible cost and value!"

We were in a group booked by AA travel. All of the others in our group got the rate that was quoted to us prior to travel. WE DID NOT and unfortunately didn't realize it until after we had given our CC. We brought this to the attention immediately to the manager and she argued that it wasn't her problem, it was mine! If that wasn't bad enough, at breakfast a man was eating a bowl of fruit at the next table. A staff member went up to him, told him he had a lot and could he PUT SOME BACK! And HE DID! OMG, she even heled him. Food already on someone's plate was put back for others to EAT! The hotel itself was also NOT in good physical condition. The elevator door came open on a couple in our group while in motion going down when we were leaving. The toilet paper holder in our room did not hold the toilet paper and the door didn't stay shut. I would never recommend, nor stay in this hotel ever again.

I stayed large space. Probably for wheel chair person. One thing I could not turn off air condition. It was very good weather and the temperature was middle 70 degree. I felt so cold so i had to wear the jacket in the room. Also shower curtain was short so the water was overflowed. Other than that I was very comfortable.

The staff was exceptional at the desk and on the transportation. The breakfast was very good, as well as the coffee. The temperature in our room was too warm. The service made up for any inconveniences!
