"Airline voucher stay"

Staff was great. Breakfast was decent and free so that made it tastier. The chairs in my room and the stools in the lobby could use a good scrubbing or replacement.

"Not great. "

Not so good. Called twice for shuttle. Waited 40 minutes. Front counter lady was not very friendly and room carpet was stained and room was small—not the suite I remembered from last time. And it was pricey for what we got.

"Simple. We paid. We stayed."

Rather than drive home to Yakima after a 15 hour flight, we stayed at Hampton Inn, took showers, went to bed, had breakfast then drove home. Simple. Not extravagant.

Hotel was clean and safe. Breakfast was awesome. Mattresses were not so good which meant not a good night sleep. Maybe replace would be a good idea

"Nice Hotel"

We came in off a cruise a the hotel had a clean comfortable room ready for us when we got there. The hotel is a little worn but the staff was working to keep it spotless. Shampooing the hallway carpets and the place looked and smelled great. The breakfast was good and the staff kept everything fresh. We stayed on the 2nd floor and had a quiet night’s sleep. I would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.
