Hampton Inn Seattle Airport

won't stay again

Beds were cheap and uncomfortable, as were the sheets and towels, have to pay to park. 2nd worst beds of any Hampton inn I’ve ever stayed at over the past 20 years.

I wish they would have cleaned our room better. We stayed 4 days only came in once to change out towels. Not enough washcloths. Otherwise things were nice

Front staff was very friendly and helpful.

Not particularly well maintained. Carpets in hall were were badly worn and looked dirty. The bed was uncomfortable.

Clean room and nice check in staff. A bit pricey for park and fly, other hotels had ,,better deals. Since i am a Hilton Diamond member i chose this hotel, but it is definitely a less upkept property. Shuttle driver was not very friendly.

The room did not appear to have a closet or wastepaper basket. It wasn't until the next morning when I drew the curtains that we discovered a rack with hangers and a wastebasket hidden behind the curtains. Room was small and not well appointed. Worst Hampton Inn we've stayed at, although we agree that Hampton Inn are no longer of the quality they used to be. Won't stay at one again.

Very handy for an overnight before a cruise. Breakfast was appreciated. Not wild about the distance from the lobby to the elevators and then back to your room on an upper floor after long airport walks and a busy day travelling. Ordered pizza in from one of the flyers which was pretty good. I do not normally like to stay at airport hotels because dining is often an issue but this worked well for a Seattle Express pick-up the next morning. We like the beds, pillows, lighting, quiet at Hampton Inn and usually sleep well for elders.

Check-in was easy and there were really nice snack/food options in the lobby. Housekeeping was friendly and did a great job. Tipping was available for them via QR code, which was nice. View from 14th floor was really pretty. Room was very comfortable and towels were available if needed. Really lovely stay--would definitely recommend.
