Hampton Inn Seattle Airport

After our flight landed, we picked up the airport shuttle to the Hampton Inn, Seattle Airport. We checked in online the previous day. We arrived early and our room was ready so we were able to check in early. Fresh coffee was available in the lobby. The room was clean and very functional. They have a very small gym. I was able to get a short work out the day we arrived. We dropped off our bags and headed out to explore Seattle. The associate at the front desk on Saturday morning was extremely helpful and very professional. He gave us recommendations on restaurants and sights to see in Seattle. The light rail is a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. We have stayed at many Hampton Inns over the years. This one was as good as any of the Hampton Inns we had visited. They offer a free breakfast. The choices are very good. It has all the essentials and we appreciated it as we did not know when we would eat again. We had to take the Seattle Express shuttle to the Pier on Sunday morning. A cab driver arrived and said he was there to pick us up. Something felt off and I asked the associate about it. He said that it was not the shuttle. So thanks to him for helping us avoid a scam. We liked it enough that we stayed there the day that we disembarked from our cruise. We arrived early and they had a room ready for us. We appreciated the hospitality and recommend the hotel for its location and the professionalism of the staff.

Staff wasn’t really friendly

Easy & efficient shuttle to airport, running every 30 minutes.

Clean, comfortable and very convenient to some good eateries. The restaurant we ate supper at was very good, just down the road, and we noticed a shuttle from the hotel come to the same place which would have been convenient had we known. Super close to the airport as well.

physical plant was probably a little below average for Hampton standards but your staff made up for it. Sandeep and Elsa at the Front Desk at checkin really went out of their way to help me with airline check-in (no business center which I've always seen at Hampton). They also helped with another logistical issue in holding some materials for my son for a couple hours after I departed. Greg saw me struggling to get luggage out of my car with an invalid wife inside and immediately offered his help. Gratefully accepted. When I came down this morning to load and then get my wife into the car Diesha was not only warm and welcoming but really helped me. Thanks to all of them!

I stay at this location often when traveling on business. The staff is great here. The hotel could use some renovations and I'm sure the ice machine on the 4th floor has been broken for over a year! Nonetheless, it is always clean and the staff make the stay pleasant.

Closeness to the airport

Paid parking. (though they finally waved it) I usually stay at the Hampton inn on 28th and this one doesn't compare at all. It was a mistake that I booked it and I will not stay there again. There was so much noise in the halls and above me. I know you cannot control this, but I have never experienced this at the other Hampton Inn, they seem to be more professional people there.

Great place to stay! Downtown was just too expensive so this worked out great! The free shuttle picked us up at the airport and also had a list of places they’d take us to such as the light rail and local restaurants. We took the light rail to downtown for a concert. I’d definitely stay here again. The variety of breakfast items was the best I’ve ever seen.
