Location and room were good. Staff were helpful and friendly.

We chose this hotel because it had a heated pool which the kids were really looking forward to using. The pool was freezing and could not be used. Apparently there had been issues with the heater pump for a while and were waiting for it to be fixed. If we had have known, we would have stayed elsewhere.The buffet breakfast was disappointing...only a very small selection of food.

Always love staying here. This time we ventured into South Melbourne, instead of Southbank and the CBD, as really close and such a lovely location. Dined at Edwin Wine Bar which was great!

Need some more shade around the pool, we didn’t use it as much as planned because of the Melbourne heat wave and it wasn’t offering the sun protection we needed.

The location and the room were good.

The evening restaurant manager is a borderline condescending piece of existence who feels that its absolutely imperative to let the guests know that they have made a huge mistake coming to the restaurant late and that too on a 31st night, by continously citing restaurant policies for dining. People should first learn how to speak properly before getting into the hospitality industry
