Modern, great vibe, had all the facilities available such as pool, gym, steam room. Really clean and new room.

Bathroom was a little small and hard to get in and out of shower. But the overall experience far outweighed this.

Great location and worked well for a girls weekend away (2 adults, 2 children). Sauna & steam room were great. Buffer breakfast was expansive but food options were still decent. Enjoyed that windows opened in the room. Great view from the pool.

The pool heating wasn’t working during our stay, despite it not being rectified during our stay the staff were excellent in their customer service & proactively offered buffet breakfast free of charge due to the inconvenience which was greatly appreciated. Windy in the pool area with minimal shade.

The apartment was well positioned, about 10 mins walk from Southbank and Yarra River/Crown/MCEC with a tram right outside if you did not want to walk. The staff were accommodating and enabled a late check out and valet parking.

The room was quite small for 4 people, but we only stayed one night, so that was OK. The pool was smaller than it looked in photos and wasn't heated (I don't think), so we didn't use it. The breakfast didn't have a large selection, and items weren't replenished. There were hairballs on our robes, which made us doubt the cleanliness of the room. However when we complained the staff brought up new robes immediately and were excellent.

bathroom was small given it is designed for multiple guests and lounge smallish again for guest config (2 bdr apt) however it did have outdoor balcony but was not able to use this time due to heat and bushfire smoke

Heerlijke bedden en rustig verblijf ondanks centrale ligging. Zalig ontbijt.

Zwembad is ijskoud. Gedateerd en wat viezig ook. Weinig ruimte om je spullen op te bergen, alleen een hang gedeelte in de grote kasten. Ook geen ruimte om je tas/ koffer open neer te leggen. Ook in badkamer weinig plek voor je spullen. Kraan douche mengkraan maakt veel herrie. Vies aanvoelende tegelvloer.

Location great. Contacted when we were late for check-in. Given bottle of wine when we check-in that was given to restaurant staff as we were coming straight back down to eat.

Shower water temperature was hard to get the right temperature but even then it fluctuated. Pricing was like all hotels at the time over inflated for the tennis crowd.
