The location. The size of the room. Kind staff.

The double size bed was small & noisy. The mattress was too soft. Breakfast was very minimal, not for a 4 star hotel.

Great location

Extremely noisy from traffic on the first floor. Barely slept. Air conditioning was broken so very hot night as the windows don’t open either.

"It was ok, nothing to write home about unfortunately as we had high hopes. Fine for a night though."

Location was perfect, style and design was beautiful. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a 2 bed and 2 bath room instead of a 2 bed 1 bath room which was nice.

Pool was not heated and we were not told (it was one of the main booking requirements for us) Buffet Breakfast for 2 kids and 2 adults was $95.32. Food was cold and selection was minimal. $200 hold put on account for accidentals and the return is ‘3-5 business days after room service has check the room’. Absolutely happy to pay the holding fee but have always had immediate release of funds after room service have been. Tiled floor in the room felt like it had a wax/oil coating and was very slippery even with shoes on.

"Good family apartment"

I like the ambiance when you first enter the hotel. The staff were lovely. The 2 bedroom apartment was tight but was ok. Pool area was good.

There needed to be more shade around the pool.
