The apartment was well stocked with crockery, cutlery and kitchenware. Valet parking was always prompt. Staff were very pleasant and helpful

Foyer and restaurant lighting was too dark, we didn’t like the hotel entrance and the walk up to reception, we didn’t like the bathroom taps - which couldn’t be turned on/off with wet hands, we didn’t like the fridge locking shut for a few minutes after removing. Ilk, etc., we were disappointed with the very narrow twin beds. There were no towels for pool, spa etc.

Smell. Always smelt 100 walking into the lobby

Amenities. The amenities level smelt mouldy and wasn’t very appealing. There was a hang out room though which was pretty cool

Our 3 bedroom penthouse room was amazing, truly 5 star. Everything from the views to the fancy toilets was really great.

Compared to our 5 star penthouse experience the breakfast was a let down. Not enough staff, waiting to be seated, and food was just ok. We had to clear a table for ourselves as we waited for ages.

The overall experience was amazing. Staff were helpful and always there to guide

There was nothing not to like

Initially put in a very small room with limited light on first level. Not what is advertised on booking site. Transferred to much larger room after I questioned front reception staff. Apartments are not comparable and expensive for the size.

Was clean and very comfortable
