"The shuttle driver who went by Mark, I think his real name was Steven was awesome and so was the front desk clerk."

The bed was comfortable which is important to me as I have a bad back. The staff went out of their way to help me. I got lost trying to get from car rental to shuttle pick up. They were VERY patient and helpful.

The floor felt damp (everywhere), and the shower had little water pressure. Some of the equipment in the workout room was broken.

"Air conditioning horribly loud"

The air conditioning is cheap and sounds like a freight train. So we turned it off, and our room got really hot….because it’s Florida. Bad.
