⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Thesis Hotel in Coral Gables is an absolute standout. The food alone is worth the stay — the Brussels sprouts and octopus will blow your mind, and the red snapper at Mamey is out of this world. I never needed to leave for a meal. Fernando's hospitality is truly contagious — his happiness and your satisfaction go hand in hand. Rooms are spacious, quiet, yet close to everything. Highly recommend!

Regratively, a great property and welcoming team with the exception of the frontdesk management's character and double talk reletive to rate offerings, rectless billings and charges coupled with evasive customer response and lack of attentive resolution and timely correcive action. Sufficient dismay and disorder to kill a good thing and the desire of a repeated stay, Extremely poor customer support in this department!
