Comfort Suites West Jacksonville

I enjoyed my night. The bed was comfortable and clean. The was spotless and smelled clean. The customer service was amazing

It’s close to I295 and relatively close to shops and restaurants

The property is not the cleanest and for what I paid for this stay I expected much better that what we got.

We arrived late, registration was as normal, room assigned. Room itself was ok, as a suite (2 beds and a sofa-bed) whoever decided to placed the TV between the second bed and the sofa, leaning closer towards the sofa, I was at the first bed closer to the window the view was extremely too far. Bathroom, clean, the used toiled paper the kept there to continue use. Hygienically is not good at all. Same at the tissues for the face. Shower, only Shampoo and Rinse, no soap! There was one bar as a decoration wrapped in a hand towel. This is the best part, we arrived back at 11:30 pm and for our surprised the only elevator was not working, no sign, no at least a piece of paper. So we with our luggage saw the attendant, and with a sign shows up the elevator was not working. Now tell me, what would happen if there were a fire and for sure many without the knowledge about the elevator. Would have been a major disaster. I will not come back there not eve if a free night.

Very worn down . Bed in 312 is broken and uncomfortable. Even the coffee in the lobby is awful. Will never go into a Comfort Suite again
