"Just stop through "

My stay was okay. The building is a little dated. The breakfast was mediocre. The breakfast bar was congested. The waffle iron and hot food was next each other making the area congested as people waited for their waffle.

"Everything was broken!"

Seems like everything was broken there.. I tried to do my family's laundry..washer was broken.. I ordered a crib hotel and didn't have one .. it clearly stated on booking..sofa sleeper was broken.. grandson didn't have a place to sleep. Day staff wasn't friendly at all.. I will never use this hotel again..!!

"Room rate costly for damaged room"

The furniture showed damaged areas in the room. The entertainment center had chew marks from a dog at some point, the towels were so thin it was hard to dry ourselves off, the tub was very slippery when trying to get in and out of it, and the price for a pet was outrageous at $40 per dog and we had 2 dogs.

I requested a room with a jacuzzi and did not receive that was my entire purpose of staying at comfort suites

The request I made or acknowledge of not being able to accommodate before I checked in I was also told my room was 431 which include the 75 deposit to see at 75 additional to the 431 my room was 322 and taxes and 75 deposit put it at 431
