The location was very convenient and the staff very friendly.

The sheets and towels were stained. Holes in the sheets. Water smelled bad. Breakfast was not stocked and even though we arrived shortly after 7 am, there was almost nothing available and what was available was honestly gross looking.

Familiar with the area Rooms were nice

Hallway smelled Elevator didn’t seem like it was working properly

The bathroom sink clogged up and roaches in the room.

Very nice place.

No creamer for coffee. Parents letting their kids run around breakfast unattended. Hard wood floors in room so the beds slide and sqeak anytime you move

The check in person was helpful and pleasant. The bathroom was nice..

Too many people walking around in and out constantly. Some of them standing out front drinking beer. People grilling in the parking lot. The TV in the first room would not work so the lady at the front desk came up and tried to fix it. She couldn't so she moved us to another room. There was hair on the sheets. The phone in the room had a shortage in the cord. While ironing a huge cockroach came from under the bed. My husband tried to squash it but it went back under the bed. We tried to find it but no luck so of course I was on edge all night. When asked about a refund I was told by Booking that I needed to speak with the hotel since we had already checked in. The front desk person told me that she would speak with her manager regarding a refund but of course I never heard anything else. We left the next morning(without a refund) and checking into another hotel. I don't like to throw away money but I have to be comfortable where I lay my head. We just chalked it up as a loss and lesson learned.

The location and the size of the room were absolutely amazing. I love the breakfast definitely wish they would adjust the time of when it starts and ends because coming off of long travel getting up that early with young kids is stressful. But overall an amazing stay

The room did have a rotten egg smell to it and of course I sprayed the room down to get rid of the smell. And from a financial standpoint I wish they would’ve told me there was a $75 holding fee I wasn’t made aware of until I checked my account
