They were doing renovations which was not disclosed at booking. There were no amenities and one of our beds didn’t have blankets just a sheet. The other guests were smoking pot in their rooms and running up and down the halls all night. I will never stay at another Comfort Inn or book through booking. Com.

Room was nice & clean

I didn’t like how check out is at 12pm & but house keeping open my room and woke me up at 9:40am like why I still have 2 hours ma’am

Tv in room didn’t work was told the pool was open but we couldn’t swim because of renovation so that mean it really wasn’t open never was able to talk to the gm after leaving so many messsages til I just gave up on talking to her

Breakfast was OK

Check in was a bit of a debacle We arrived at the hotel fairly late at 8.30 pm only to find a queue of 5 people before us checking in And another 10 people building up behind us It took 45 mins for us to reach the front of the queue and then check in was fairly straight forward The feeling was that the staff at check in were not very familiar with the process and their computer skills a bit lacking There were a lot of unhappy customers but every one was amazingly patient - unfortunately we won’t be using this hotel again

MEETING AND DEPARTURE STAFF WERE COURTEOUS, UNOBTRUSIVE AND PROFESSIONAL.

NEEDING AN EMERGENCY STAY DUE TO FLIGHT MAINTENANCE TROUBLE I WAS DELAYED 24 HOURS WHEN I BOOKED. I USED AIRPORT WI-FI TO BOOK BUT COULD ONLY GET A CHAT ROBOT'S RESPONSE. YOUR ON-LINE AD SAID A SHUTTLE WAS AVAILABLE WHICH I WAITED FOR TWO HOURS WHICH NEVER CAME. THE HOTEL I HAVE OFTEN STAYED AT BEFORE IS UNDER RENOVATION BUT I SAW NOTHING OF THIS ON-LINE.

It was close to airport.

The carpet needs to be changed it smells old. And they need to fix the parking scanners after 9p it stops working and you have to go inside to get some one from the front desk to let you in. And also I did not like the fact that I had to go buy soap to bathe with because the hotel didn’t provide soap bathe with or wash your hands with. And the comforter had blood stains on them.

They are understaffed, the staffs dont know what they are doing, they are not accommodating at all.
