Location was ok. Breakfast was excellent

They are under construction. I was quoted one charge but was charged for parking. The parking lot was practically empty

all this was a horrible experiance with the front desk agent and the room smell the managers was nice and did file a report against the agent but i wont be staying there again

It was quiet and clean

First impression pulling into the lot, does not look like the hotel in the phots, looks run down. Was thinking what did I book will I be safe? Needed key card to get into lot, could not get into the lobby door was not working. Had to knock on door for someone to let us in. Lobby was a mess, hotel is under construction, that should have stated that on their website or notified us before our stay. I would have went else where. Elevators were filthy. All hallways smelled like paint. Room numbers were written on a piece of paper and taped to wall. Room looked ok, again NOTHING like the photos. Checking out the room there were a lot of amenities missing that were stated on the website or usually found in a hotel room. We had a king room, sheets had some stains and tears, only 3 pillows. Amenities listed on website that were not in the room, microwave, coffee make. Did have a frig, it was not cold we had to make sure it was turned on and turned it up to cold, this should have been cold upon arrival. At least the air conditioning was working. Bathroom only had 2 towels, one hand towel, shampoo conditioner, hand soap, no washcloths or shower soap/gel. The closet had an iron and hair dryer, no hangers or an ironing board, not that I needed to iron, but how do you iron with no board on the desk??? There was no ice bucket and the ice machine did not work. Since we needed a microwave to heat up the dinner we brought with us, thinking we had a microwave in the room as stated. We went to the lobby since they do a breakfast, so they should have a microwave, which they did. There were only 2 tables with 2 chairs each. The front desk person was there eating cereal, probably from the breakfast. I asked about the hangers and shower gel, he said they are not doing that anymore. So I could not hang any clothes, really why have a closet then?? I asked if I could have another towel and pillow, he asked how many were in the room. He said there should be 2 towels and 4 pillows, we only had 3 pillow and I wanted an extra towel for washing my hair. He did get me the pillow and towel, so I had to hold them on my lap while I ate dinner in the dusty lobby. Asked about the ice machine, he said the only one working was on the 4th floor and gave us a bucket and cups. The next day when we went out, coming back our key cards did not work to let us into the lot. Had to go back to the lobby and get them fixed. They do have a breakfast but who wants to eat in a lobby that is under construction. Site also states uniformed security, I did not see any of that, the only hotel people I saw was the front desk and a housekeeper. I was hoping that I was safe. There were a bunch of people hanging out in the back parking lot, may have been the construction workers?? Did not use the fitness center or pool, hope the pool was closed it looked terrible and fitness center was a small room with 3 pieces of equipment. Nothing looked like the photos on the website. They should not be open during construction. Would never stay here again. I thought this was a trusted brand and looked wonderful on the website, false advertisement. When checking out was not asked how was your stay. I told him we are checking out he asked for the room number and told me to put the keys in the bin.

Very nice staff in the building.

The early morning shuttle driver dropped us at the wrong terminal even after we said the international side multiple times. The facilities also spelled bad.

We were there for 5 hour, delayed flights not their fault, we were charged a $25 deposit when we arrived, the room was already paid. We were told we would get it back, we didn't and we were charged an additional $13 and not told why. The first room keys didn't work,went down and got that fix, then the door wouldn't open, obstructed some how. Went down again and were assigned a new room. To have so many issues just to get I to a room then be charged extra is ridiculous. We weren't in the room long enough nor did anything other than sleep and a quick shower to mess anything up to justify not getting the deposit back nor to be charged extra. Theft is what that was.

Even with the continual renovations my room was upscale! My desk clerk tre' was so nice and helpful!

I couldn't get many channels on my tv due to the construction of the hotel (I am guessing this is why).

The did not have any rooms with accessibility for my daughter due to renovations. She was not comfortable or able to properly bathe. The renovation construction was loud and disruptive throughout the day.

The first room smelled like mildew made my head hurt they moved me the next day into another room they took extra money out of my account they refunded some but not all my money they took
