The room needs more cleaning

Airport shuttle was not as advertised… attempted to call and the staff would not answer the phone… waited over an hour and had to arrange my own ride to hotel $25 security charged to credit card

The room had working A/C.

Some ladies underwear on the bathroom floor. Tub scoured black with dirt, what looked like mold growing in the corners of the tub. First shower I've taken where I felt dirtier getting out. Lobby was demolished. Smelled like sewage. Room right next to reception desk with phone ringing all night. People running up and down the halls screaming all night. Some senile old man was outside the front doors yelling at people as they walked in or left.

Put us in a room that was being renovated and it was not ready for guests, didn’t have outlets, didn’t have amenities that were listed, should be closed

The staff was exceptional

The construction woke me up each morning before I was ready to wake up. There was nothing on the website indicating there was construction going on. My room was the closest to the counter.

While the staff was very friendly and helpful the property is in need of a lot of attention. Many lights in the room did not work. There was not even glass in the room for having a cup of water. Air conditioning unit only pit out lukewarm air. There was also a funky smell in the hallways.
