The casino in the same building and the pool n gym

There was no complementary breakfast. I paid $350 for a room and they wouldn’t let me do a late checkout. The price I was given online was a different price that I was given when I got there because I was not with my fiancé, I was unable to change and receive a credit back for a reservation. I had made an hour prior to arriving at Bally’s hotel, so I had to pay full price for the hotel room. I didn’t even stay in. The girl at the front desk was not very friendly at all she barely speaks. She doesn’t explain anything. She don’t smile. She don’t have any emotion that she expresses basically a yes, no answer and if it requires anything more than that, it’s very short and brief and comes off rude.
