Our plane to Chicago was diverted to St. Louis due to inclement weather. The person both myself and the Expedia representative spoke to refused to cancel or refund our reservation and hung up on us. This should not be an establishment that’s used or endorsed by Expedia

Cheap and convenient to airports

The website didn’t say anything about having to be 21.. I’m 19yrs old with my 18yr old girlfriend and we drove 2hrs just to get rejected and not even be able to cancel it and get our money back.. awful

Great hotel

Few amendments in the room like well supplied coffee service. Bed and pillows were comfortable tho. I didn't feel safe outside after dark. Desk staff was polite

The free airport shuttle was very convenient but check in time was 3pm so we had to spend 4 hours in the lobby and bar waiting after our flight

Please don’t stay here if you don’t need to! Normally I book an airbnb when traveling but my last airbnb was a bit rough and I wanted something nice since I was staying longer than usual. I’m okay with hotels not being the most “modern” or up-to-date, but the room was musty, there was mold growing in the bathroom, and THERE WERE BUGS T-T I didn’t see the bugs until my last day otherwise I would’ve booked it out of there asap. I tried to get a refund but the concierge was missing and I was on a time crunch after waiting 10 minutes and searching around. Just don’t stay here at all, either pay for something more expensive or do an airbnb!!

No A/C. The shuttle wasn’t a shuttle, it was a random car that never showed up, I wasted my money and had to book another place. This isn’t a holiday inn. It’s a scam

This property needs some major updates and repairs! The room stayed way too cold even when the t-stat was off it kept running cold. The bathroom toilet was super low almost like a kids toilet and I'm 5'6. The sink had cracks in it that have turned black or molded down the cracks. Three elevator shows it was last inspected in 2023 you can see through the side of the elevator door when it's moving the opening was big enough to put your hand through if you were stupid enough to do that... The carpet needs up be replaced. The entry doors to the hotel slides open but don't open all the way my husband hit his shoulder twice on it. It just looks really run down. I stayed at this same place before back in 2017 and it was beautiful but now... No i will not stay here again if I can help it.
