Quality Inn Alamosa

Clean and comfortable.

No elevator.

I didn’t like it.

The facility is too old. The furniture in the room, the toilet , the door, the lamp, the couch, the bed, the bedsheets…… have to change almost everything.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the hotel and local area.

It could’ve been cleaner. The floors in the hallway were filthy and the room could have been cleaner. There were no towels and wash cloths in the room and both mirrors had some kind of splatter on them like they had not been cleaned from the previous guest. It was ok for someone that was there just to lay their head down for a while. They could also do some upkeep in the pool area. That’s what drew us there to begin with, having small ones that wanted to swim.

The outlet in the bathroom was broken and very loose. Plugs kept coming out of the socket during use. The area by the standing lamp looks and smells abbot like and animal pees there but didn’t get cleaned up properly.

The staff that checked us in was very nice and gave a great recommendation for supper that night.

There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom, no Kleenex, no spare toilet paper. One of the handicapped handles in the bathtub was only connected on one end. The wall below the light switch was filthy. I kept finding little wads of hair all over the bathroom floor.
