Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Festus

Person at the front desk was short and offered little information, like that the pool was closed for maintenance. We found out as we walked down with our 2 small children dressed in swimsuits ready to swim. There was nothing on the website indicating it was closed. Someone in our party wven called a week before to check on the pool. Breakfast was minimal. No milk out for cereal. Had to ask 2 people to refill the coffee. You could visibly see black mold at the top of the wall near the ceiling. While we only stayed one night and made the most of our stay, we will mot be back.

Gross gross gross. For $150 you can do much better. Pool out of order, aka the only reason we came here. Dirty room, falling apart, fridge not working. You get the idea. Will *never* EVER stay here again.

I didnt appreciate that I wasn't informed about the pool being closed for maintenence. Our TV had one channel, the toilet only flushed about 1/2 the time. We did enjoy the air conditioning and the vanity and shower. Breakfast was meh. Honestly I am probably not going to be staying at a quality inn ever again if I can help it.

We explicitly look for places with hotel bars and they listed as having one and they haven’t had one in years according to the clerk - very disappointing

We stayed here while traveling- everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only thing we didn’t like was the door did not even come close to the floor when it was shut- at least 1.5 inches between door and floor. The breakfast could have had a bit more variety- the only hot food was waffles. I would probably stay there again.

This place was filthy carpet missing on the floor bathroom dirty clumps of hair on the bed. Second room wasn't much better. Not sure what housekeeping does but it sure isn't cleaning. This place is in total need of an overhaul or a match. Don't stay here if it weren't for being midnight I would have gone somewhere else.

On top of the place being older it was unclean, elevator was shotty, loud banging from the elevator all night, and staff was not friendly! To make things worse, in the middle of the night they rebooked my room to someone else and they walked in my room while I was sleeping and woke me up! Startled I yelled and they apologized. I called the front desk and the clerk acted like it was my fault I was in the room she double booked!

i liked the bad and the room had heat. Toilet did not flush. Lack of waterflow in sink. Breakfast buffet was a joke.

This hotel needs lots of TLC. it looks like they are running short of stuff or management just doesn’t care.

I canceled my appointment yesterday I got told I was going to get my money back. They scheduled me for two different days. Both of them got canceled so they said but I still haven’t got my money back that’s $250 for two nights I haven’t even got to use that I got told was canceled. I talked to the manager and all he did was hang up the phone on me and didn’t pick up when I kept trying to call.
