Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Festus

So much was wrong....from smelly to no battery in our smoke detector...or gummy bears stuck all around our son's adjoining room....stains on the floors, showers gross, lock not abke to lock, missing towel hangers, etc. Had to get tp and towels because they took our dirty ones but did not replenish. Positive was the beds were decent and breakfast was decent. Breakfast area employee was super friendly and nice, so kudos to him!

Awful place to stay. There was mold in the bathroom, carpets were filthy, stained pillow cases, the pool room was 100 degrees and the pool was SO cold. There were wires coming from the ceiling in the hallways. The door to the hallway wasn’t sealed so light and sound came in easily to the room. Would pay to NOT stay here.

The staff was very very friendly and courteous but the overall condition of the property was poor at best. Probably would not reserve at this motel again. The exterior doors were missing entire lock mechanisms so anyone could get in, HVAC units were in poor condition very noisy and covers open. The bottom of the bath tub was sooo worn i did not want to use it, looked very dirty but probably just worn. Also had to change rooms because of no internet service in my section of the building and had to pack up and move to another side of the hotel which took me about a hour after the desk manager had given my new room to someone else and had to find me another room where there was internet, because i had work to do during my stay. There is a drain accross the entry area that I was afraid might damage my tires since it was bent and not level with pieces turning up. Books in each room about the hotel were badly worn, pages torn and tv information that was not up to date with the systems.

Not a ton of options in this area. Room was not the cleanest. There was not a mattress cover on the mattress that a sheet only. Several stains on the sheets. But we're clean. Room and hallway needed to be vacuumed. Staff was nice when checking in

Our room was dirty with stained linens, shredded curtains, a large hole in the bathroom door and bugs. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good.

Checked in a room room was dirty was not clean bathtub had hair and it curtains were ripped staff was very helpful to transfer us to a cleaner nicer room

This hotel is just plain dirty. Nasty carpet, holes in curtain, used razors & bar of soap left in shower. Door latch broke. No working fire alarm. Our friend's room had no shower curtain, toliet not secured, caulked or whatever. You coukd pick toliet up. Not a working tv. Continental breakfast, non existent!

Breakfast wasn't ready at 7am. No bowls or plates out. Staff behind closed door.

All of the common areas were very warm (80-85 degrees). It was an average property.

This is the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The hallway, rooms, conference area, foyer and breakfast area were not clean at all. The floors had visible dirt, trash (like tooth floss, wrappers, dirt, etc). The building is in disrepair - has non working doors, smells, has uncut grass, broken floor tile, dirty toilets, broken window curtains, etc. you name it and it was not maintained like a hotel should be. The owner of this hotel is in the wrong business and should NOT be in the hospitality business. Do not stay here. They do not deserve your hard earned money. They should have a negative 5 star rating.
