Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Festus

The bathroom is too small we asked for 2 extra blankets didn’t have them in the room They had a wedding and reception at the hotel witch I didn’t mind but we where on the 3 rd floor and could hear the music in our room and it’s 11:30 at night I think they should’ve had them turn the music down if you can hear it 3 floors up I think I should only have to pay half of the price I’m being charged also the bathroom sink is not in the bathroom it’s in the room itself the bathroom wallpaper is coming off and there’s water stains on the bathroom wall and a half dollar hole by the sink I know I sound like I’m not picking but when your paying $ 153.00 for one night come on really

Probably fine for out a town worker, but pretty unclean and had a mildew smell. Room was ok. In terrible need of updating.

Would never stay again needs to be totally changed

I didn’t even have to get to my room to be disappointed, the hall was littered with trash, the room was disgusting, they were doing construction in the hallway 5 feet from my door, using a saw and hammer, I called the front desk but the construction continued for 2 hours. The whole experience was worse than disappointing.

It was beyond disgusting! Tried 3 different rooms. Our 1st room- smoke detector was hanging by the wires, there was a hanger sitting in the sink, the floor was filthy, rug not vacuumed- the sink drained into a trash can which contained assorted garbage including a sanitary napkin or panty liner, and the final straw was the urine and hair along the base of the toilet. The second room-Still contained someone's toothbrush, deodorant and hair gel, clothes and boots, a lid to an electric skillet, filthy carpet, unvacuumed and the TV didn't work. The 3rd room-Had a open bar of soap with hair, filthy unvacuumed carpet, sink had hardened toothpaste, the smoke detector was covered in plastic making it inoperable, the chair was so stained and ‘scary’ filthy we wouldn’t even set our luggage on it, the bed-someone had obviously been resting in it! By this time we were too exhausted to switch hotels and the following day we were at an event all day and into the evening, again accepted our conditions and stayed. I took pictures, which show all this in detail! On Monday morning we went for breakfast... There wasn't one- the "lady that takes care of that was out sick"!

Hotel was very run down and not very clean. Garbage from prior day was left in hallway. We had 2 rooms and one of them had no heat so had to move. Curtains were ripped, door guards in both rooms were broke. One non smoking room smelled like smoke. Some side entrances didnt like. No hot food left at 8am when breakfast is until 930am. Surprised hotels.com would offer this poor quality as an option

Any time I’m in that area that’s the hotel I stay yet the staff is really nice and they usually have a pretty good spread for breakfast

Hotel was dirty, garbage from prior day in hallway, old and run down. Side entrances we were told to park by did not lock so anyone could walk in. No wash cloth or tissues provided. No heat so we had to move. Had 2 rooms for family and door guards in both rooms were broke. No hot food next morning at 8am when they serve til 930am and food prep person was already gone. Surprised hotels.com would have this hotel as an option due to such poor quality.
